Plaster on PU foam...

Hi,
I had a plumber at home who laid some pipes and knocked a few holes in an indoor brick wall. I wonder if I can fill up with some PU foam and then apply some plaster on it?

It's going great, just skim a little more than necessary so you can cut away the glossy surface to expose the inner pores, ensuring the plaster adheres well. Use C-bruk 1mm fraction.
