I use bottles that are designed to be mounted in a pistol grip. When you release the bottle, foam may come out if you are slow.

Or like my neighbor did... Was going to apply some foam in the attic, it was dark in the attic and he took out and lit a lighter. I'm not quite sure how it all happened, but he managed to get foam on himself and set it on fire... That foam is kind of like Napalm...

You screw the windows in with screws. Then you insulate with something like flax wool.

It's unavoidable to get chemicals in the house if you want a somewhat modern home, but having 100 sources is better than having 200 sources...

The eyes are the most important to protect, you can become blind if you get it in the eye! I have a visor I usually use because full-cover glasses tend to always fog up for me.
