Everyone tries to compensate for the removal of load-bearing walls so that there is no deterioration. The building notice is intended to force one to do so.

In that case, many more and other walls can be load-bearing and/or stabilized than in houses that are not built in modules. Each module is made to be stable on its own. A building engineer with knowledge of modular houses is recommended.
