In that case, many more and other walls can be load-bearing and/or stabilized than in houses that are not built in modules. Each module is made to be stable on its own. A building engineer with knowledge of modular houses is recommended.

And how easy it is to remove the råspont.

Construction plywood is certainly not a worse alternative. It will actually be the opposite.
 
I called the municipality.
I don't need to make a notification.
Since I'm not making a major change.
As I'm not affecting any beams or anything.
Just replacing the råspont, I can just go ahead they said.

So now we can drop that concern!:D:cool:

Exactly. Rarely is the record material part of the supporting structure.
