Panel material load-bearing wall
I understand..BirgitS said:
Everyone tries to compensate for the removal of load-bearing walls so that there is no deterioration. The building notice is intended to force one to do so.
In that case, many more and other walls can be load-bearing and/or stabilized than in houses that are not built in modules. Each module is made to be stable on its own. A building engineer with knowledge of modular houses is recommended.
I'll see how I proceed
And how easy it is to remove the råspont.
Construction plywood is certainly not a worse alternative. It will actually be the opposite.
I called the municipality.
I don't need to make a notification.
Since I'm not making a major change.
As I'm not affecting any beams or anything.
Just replacing the råspont, I can just go ahead they said.
So now we can drop that concern!
