Anyone with experience of a console bridge on rock, as shown in the picture? Approximately 6 m long with these consoles at 1.5 m intervals as beams. This is a very simple sketch, but the question might be clear. How much overhang can a 195x45 beam have? It doesn't need to be completely rigid. On top of these consoles, the idea is to lay a layer of "joist" with cc60 and on top of that, decking. Tips and ideas are welcome.

also wondering how much overhang one can have approximately with 195x45

A couple of meters if you accept flex

I would have less than 1 meter overhang. And a shorter distance than what is inside the supports.

Will have about 2.5 meters inside the support, do you think 1 meter overhang then about 20cm of it will be taken up by the fence. Do you think it’s okay or will there be too much flex?

On a dock, a little flex doesn't matter much, I think.

Hey, what could happen? Well, you might get a free bath if it doesn't hold 😂 just go for it and if it sags too much, you can just cut off a piece!

You've posted in a thread about a dock, but bounce in a patio doesn't really matter unless you enclose it.
