Have a new floor joist cc 600 in the ceiling.
Wondering if it's possible to put OSB 11 mm and then plasterboard (just like many do on walls).
What horizontal bearing capacity and deflection does OSB have? Will it sag over time?

Why do you want to install OSB? The usual practice is to install furring strips at 300 mm centers and then gypsum on that.

I know, it's a garage/workroom and I want to run surface-mounted electrical wiring (and have something to screw into) for several lighting sources. Plus, each cm is valuable since I'm already down to a 2.15 ceiling height.

It is possible to calculate it, but I dare say straight away that it won't be good. OSB is not the right material for that task because it has poor tensile strength. The most optimal material (price/performance) I believe is thin birch plywood, approximately 12 mm thick with 9 layers.
