Hello!

I am going to install two lamps on a wall in the kitchen (20 cm from the ceiling, see image) that should be connected to a switch. The electrician can't reach it, so I have to open up the wall. The initial thought was to simply remove the particle board and keep it intact, but that was easier said than done. Is it silly to instead try to saw out a rectangle?

The lamps should be connected to the switch in the image.

Thanks,
Thomas
