Remove the first beam from the heart wall to the outer wall (Basement) 222 cm long, for the stairs, does it need any reinforcement? The rest of the beam is supported against the heart wall and the other outer wall. Opening roughly like the picture
A bit difficult to understand what you mean, but generally reinforcement/relay is usually needed.
My advice is to ask a structural engineer to calculate and come up with suggestions.
