Anyone know how to remove these? I have an entire pergola built with them and can't find a good way to get them out. They look a bit like a four-leaf clover. The ones that were a bit looser I've managed to get out with a regular Phillips bit.

  • A hand holding a large metal screw removed from a pergola, resembling a four-leaf clover pattern, on a wooden deck background.
  • Close-up of a hand holding a metal fastener with a four-leaf clover shape at the end, used in a pergola structure.
It is a Pondusskruv from Ejot & Avdel and they have their own bits. Check with someone who sells such screws if you can buy such a bit.

otherwise it looks like a "regular" square bit should work. It does depend on the dimension though if it will be tight enough.

The correct bits are called KA3.
Newer pondusar have regular torx though.
