Hello,

I am installing interior walls and using 45x95 studs. On these studs, I am mounting OSB boards and then drywall. This will stand with OSB and drywall on one side for maybe three to four months while the electrician does his work.

Do I need to install noggings in the meantime to prevent the studs from twisting, or is it sufficient to fasten them at each end plus the fact that there is both OSB and drywall on one side?

You'll do fine without it!
The electrician will be pleased (less work) and more insulation (soundproofing) in the walls.
