New cell block in density class 300kg/m3
This is really new, but maybe someone has had the chance to use or consider whether this is good.

That is just a regular aerated concrete block. The difference, as you mentioned, is in the density (and thereby also the insulation capability). Xella has a block Ytong/Siporex with a density of 340kg/m3.
Which density should be used depends on how heavy the house will be. But Xella's block, with 340kg/m3, can be used up to three stories.
I'm not quite sure what I have answered, as I didn't fully understand the question. If you're asking me whether aerated concrete is good to build with, I would definitely say yes.
