Hello! I am planning to change the cage for the guinea pigs, which requires something stable to stand on. (the current shelf is too small for the new cage)
My inner dream is a type of cabinet in white-stained wood with a top panel of lacquered oak.

At the bottom towards the floor, a small plinth and the height up to the panel is 65 cm. The cabinet should be equipped with doors and have space for the "cleaning cage" (about 30 cm high, about 80 cm long) and it would be nice to have a couple of pull-out drawers in the cabinet above the space for the cage.

Length approximately 105 cm (or if you will - absolutely at least 100 cm) and depth 55 cm.

I have searched tirelessly online for ready-made cabinets that might fit, but no, not much success there. And then the thought arose to build something myself. But there comes my limited experience (and yes, I have to be honest - my fear of failing) in.

Because the question is... What gauge of wood is needed? How do you assemble it so it's stable and secure? Where can I find everything needed? Yes, you understand... I think

Anyone who has good ideas? Yes, I KNOW you have! This forum is outstanding.
