The quote includes:
550m heating pipes and clips, supply pipes, and connections.
Distributor cabinet and manifolds, room thermostats, and actuators. Installation included.

Price: material 26600 incl VAT, installation 5500.

Pex pipes dim 10.5mm, spacing between pipes 75-150mm.
Gaps between pipes are filled with gypsum board strips 13mm. Then plastered over the pipes with a cement-based filler type adhesive for floor tiles.

Gypsum and adhesive are mineral-based materials that conduct heat similarly to concrete.

Compared to the quote we received for the system with metal, this system is cheaper and in our assessment not worse.
Only for the upper floor.

Exciting! How much did it differ from the quote with regular sheets? Do you handle the rolling out of hoses and stuff yourself, or what is included in the installation?

No, rollout is included in the installation. The difference is 9000kr.

No, we don't need that. Hose diameter and length are calculated based on the room's power requirement. The power requirement is the same regardless of the type of underfloor heating you use.
