Nail Huntonit ceiling panel with 18g?
Hello.
I'm going to install Huntonit Symphony in a room this week and glanced at my nail gun here at home. It was so incredibly tedious to screw up the panels a month ago when I swapped in another room.
The problem is that it's 18g, meaning 1.2mm brads, and according to recommendations, you should use 16g for ceiling panels.
But if I set c-c30 with 35mm brads, there's surely no chance that it will come loose? The ceiling is 11mm and the battens are 20mm+, so going longer than 50mm feels excessive?
Anyone with experience with the same consideration?

I used staples instead of brads. It was quick and has stayed for 5 years.
Buy an air-powered staple gun at jula or biltema for a few hundred kronor, works great for that
