I did every other one last time, they haven't fallen down yet at least. About 20 cm between each.

Oh, that was close. I have a small cove moulding at 15x33, so alternating is probably best.

Polos, do you do parallel nailing or alternate?

Every other one, with as few nails as possible without creating gaps between the trim and the wall. You'd also want to remove the trims easily if you ever plan to repaint or re-wallpaper.
