I am going to mount a TV bracket on a lightweight concrete wall (Leca). I am using 4 screws (they look more like bolts) as shown in the image below. Do I need to use anchors or can I screw them directly in without anchors? Do I need to pre-drill? The screws are about 55mm x 8mm. The weight of the 40-inch TV is about 11 kg.

You need anchors that are also made for the wall's material. One option is Fischer Duopower, which works for most different materials. There are also anchors that are more triangular in shape, made solely for lightweight concrete.
