Isn't that frame for 70mm studs? The 95 measurement would then include plaster 70+12.5x2?

Other than that, I think it should work, but I would either buy a pocket frame for double boards directly or just solve it with a trimming strip or edge trim.

Yes. It's intended for 70mm studs. Trying to make the wall as narrow as possible hence my idea to do as in the picture above instead of 70 + osb + plasterboard and a wider frame.

I am not an expert on the subject and have only installed a pocket frame, but based on that experience, I think it will work provided there was a typo in the drawing as it seems. I also don't think the mm you would "lose" will be noticeable (if you use a 12mm board).

Thinking the same. The plan was to use 12mm construction plywood and then 12.5mm drywall. That's a 0.5mm difference per side, so I think it should work super well?

It works; you make a 70 partition out of it. However, the wall becomes very "flimsy" with single gypsum. Even with an OSB behind, my one pocket frame flexes. If it's somewhat exposed, I would sacrifice the 25mm it takes to bring out the OSB board. This is an 80 door. Then I also installed a 1m door. There, I used a 22 mm OSB, which became really stable. I used regular pocket frames for single gypsum, as they are the most common and cheapest. In that, I inserted OSB into the slot (I routed the thick one down to 12 mm at the end). Then gypsum on top, which goes up to the edge. I still need to add a trim board or something similar there, but I haven't gotten around to it yet:)

I'm going with board + plasterboard all the way. I'm allergic to single plasterboard so it would just bother me in the future otherwise!
