Mount acoustic panel (oak with black felt) - How to solve it with ceiling moldings and baseboards?

I was thinking of putting an acoustic panel on one of the walls in the home office and I'm wondering if anyone else here has experience with how to best solve it against the ceiling molding and baseboards?

It depends on how much the crown molding protrudes from the wall and how much your panels build?
Otherwise, it looks best to mount the crown and baseboard on top of the acoustic panel.
