I will cover the inside of the opening with door trim that is about 12mm. The frame is aerated concrete. The left side has a 45mm stud, the upper part about 10mm, and the right directly against the aerated concrete.

A ladder stands in an unfinished door opening with exposed light concrete and wooden frame, a globe and plant visible in the dimly lit room beyond.

I've read that there is a specific type of list nail that is used for trim in aerated concrete, does this work for all sides or should I use different nails? I want it to be as inconspicuous as possible.

Updating in case someone else is wondering about the same thing. I tried gluing the door frame with Casco Superfix+. Applied pressure with brackets in between with something soft on the ends. They are definitely holding strong.

Sliding door frame glued with Casco Superfix and secured with wooden boards; room with books and tools in background.
