Hello,
I have had a hole in the knutbrädan about 2m up, so water has leaked in and followed the studs down to the sill. I was planning today to replace the studs, sill, insulation, drywall, and asfaboard. I then discovered that some of the wood is very difficult to replace. I'm considering replacing as much as possible and trying to dry the rest. Can I do that or does everything need to be removed? What can happen? (I don't know how long it has been wet)
Not a very clear picture, the water has come in at the triangular molding where the roof meets the wall
(the picture needs to be rotated 90 degrees)
