I am going to tile and install underfloor heating in the hallway, should I install a moisture barrier? There is a raised wooden floor on the foundation that will be removed, and then I will insulate the foundation and raise the floor with concrete.

Best regards, Roger

A moisture barrier is not needed since the hall is not a wet room.

Edit: I may have interpreted the post incorrectly. You may mean a moisture barrier like age-resistant plastic and not a waterproof membrane as I initially thought?
