Hello, we are about to add some additional electrical wiring in the house, which has plastered interior walls on the outside of blocks. I would prefer the conduit to be placed just beneath the surface layer of the interior walls, which is why I need to mill grooves for it.
Is there any other way/tool to do this besides cutting the grooves with an angle grinder and then chiseling them clean by hand? If possible, I would like to avoid dust all over the house, but I don't know if that's possible.

I borrowed a track cutter from the electrician (like an angle grinder with dual adjustable blades) that worked great, and it had a connection for the construction vacuum cleaner.
Running it without a vacuum cleaner, I think, makes a mess and creates a lot of unnecessary cleaning work

Rent a machine and vacuum cleaner from the nearest rental company. It should probably cost a maximum of 500kr/day in total and it will certainly help a lot if there is a lot that needs to be milled.
There is also another chasing machine that electricians use when milling in Leca/ytong. It has a slightly angled small "milling cutter" and it does not produce as much dust as the groove cutter does. Additionally, it removes all the material at once, no post-processing needed, i.e. nothing.
