Hi, I'm going to install a sink in the bathroom, a type of freestanding bowl that is placed on top of a slab. The slab's length will be 124 cm, width 55 cm. For a while, I was considering ordering a custom marble slab, but I'm worried it will be too heavy considering the weight of the slab and the sink.

On the left side (55 cm) there's a concrete wall, on the right side (55 cm) there's a plastered wet room board, as well as at the back (124 cm). Had it been concrete all around, I wouldn't have worried as much. The thing is, I don't want to use very large brackets. My thought is to attach some form of trim along the three sides (silicone, screws, anchors) and then just place the slab on top. Do you think I need a bracket in the middle?

An alternative to the marble slab I'm considering is buying MDF? and then covering it with the same type of mosaic I have in other areas of the bathroom. This is to reduce the weight.

MDF and bathrooms don't go together, MDF swells with the slightest water/moisture. Sure, you can moisture-proof the MDF board but come up with something else instead.
