I'm a bit keen on building a "small" machine hall about 6x12m (). The idea is a pent roof and I want a folding or roller door that is 6m wide and 4m high.
I've clicked around on various sites that sell and have their own design tools but this variant can't be found. A bit odd since it shouldn't be that unusual...
Building permit is required hence why I wanted to draw in some ready-made planning tool... Anyone know something that is a bit more flexible?
I'm not interested in buying any ready-made "kit". Have calculated on the variants that exist and it's not cheaper than building from scratch.
Alternatively, anyone know what it might cost to ask someone to design such a simple building and create building permit documents, etc.
I'm thinking of something like that but with a 6m wide and 4m high door opening. It sets some requirements on the dimensions around the opening. According to Beijer's tool, a 115x405 laminated beam is required for this purpose...
