Lowering ceiling in apartment, most efficient metal stud system

Hello all builders!

The ceiling in the apartment needs to come down now. First and foremost, the hallway which is 4m long and 1.75m wide. This needs to go down 11cm. 13mm plasterboard + a few spotlights.
I've decided to go with metal studs as they feel light, convenient, stable, and simultaneously fireproof.
The problem, however, is that I've seen several different methods of constructing the framework.

* Framework of tracks around the room, and then vertical studs across (with the opening facing left/right).
* Tracks on either side of the room, and then a secondary stud (hat profile) across.
* Corner profile on either side of the room, and then a secondary stud (hat profile) across.

Regardless of the construction method, reinforcement of a secondary stud + perforated band or something in the middle on top, depending on the length of the studs/secondary studs.

What do you recommend as the method for the most stable construction?

A tip.

You must use approved fasteners. Anything with plastic is excluded because then the ceiling will fall down in case of a fire.

Well, as mentioned, it is decided that it will be PLÅT.

The question then is which construction the rest of you have used..

Huggan probably means the actual attachment so you don't do it with screws and plastic plugs or similar.
