Check Blum and Hettich catalogs. They have expansion fittings up to a meter. Naturally, they cost accordingly.
If you want cheaper fittings and are not too concerned about their appearance, you can build them yourself from cold-pressed sheet metal with ball bearings. Suitable standard profiles can be purchased from hardware stores and garage door manufacturers.
