Looking for material tips for the interior walls
Simple plasterboard NOOOOO!!!! You will regret it after moving a number of paintings, wall hangings, cabinets, wall-mounted TVs, kitchen fittings, curtain rods, etc. OSB/Chipboard/Plywood behind and then plasterboard on top. Then you can hang almost anything anywhere without needing special reinforcements. If you also want to move something, you just unscrew the screw or pull out the nail and dab a little putty in the hole.
Sure, drywall anchors work reasonably well the FIRST TIME... but when the hole is a little crooked or when you need to move something or want to hang heavier things, that's when the problems start. Double plasterboard will largely have the same problems, except that the load-bearing capacity/strength will be better.

Double drywall and an anchor hold without a problem, but it's better with a type of fiberboard behind, that's just how it is. If you want to make it easy for yourself, use particle board. It's pleasant to work with and fairly strong. Sure, OSB is stronger, but then use an anchor if you're going to hang something heavy.
