log house/post-and-beam house  from Estonia

Wondering if anyone has bought a log house from Estonia, Poland? I have a friend who has started his own business in Norway. He imports houses from Estonia. He will start a company in Estonia as well to get it cheaper. (Already cheap). I would like to have "good to know" information regarding buying a house from Estonia. What do you think about the price I got:
A house of about 150 sqm. Doors, windows, floors, and moldings are included. What I have to pay for internally is kitchen and bathroom furniture. The price of the house is about 1 million. If anyone else has experience, please get in touch.

Also planning to build a log house. What kind of log house is it? Will you assemble it yourself? What is the name of the company you are considering?
