Load intermediate beam with 400kg?
Maybe it's not a problem? I was considering an FLVP on the upper floor, a Nibe F110 which weighs 144kg + a tank volume of 265 liters. Planned placement is adjacent to the existing bathroom, which is framed at 300cc (95x230 I guess).
The idea was probably in case of tiles and a bathtub, but an FLVP should also be able to bear the load without problems since it will not be placed in the bathroom but in the closet next door (same framing there).

The rules you specified are very sturdy and of an odd dimension. Normally, a joist is not dimensioned for 400 kg per square meter, but with the given dimension and if the load is near support, it should work.
Looked at my measurements again, something went wrong :/ It should be 45x230 of course. Regarding dimensioning, surely it must be included in the calculation that there's a bathtub, possibly with bubbles, and that can go up to 300kg+ I suppose. Would the joist need to be reinforced?

Hmm, the floor can probably be opened but how do you reinforce the current joists?
They aren't that long since the bathroom wall is load-bearing and made of 95x45. I would guess it's about 1.80.
Should you attach a beam right next to the existing one or center it between two existing ones?

I would probably have glued and nailed plywood on both sides of the current studs.

If the placement is near the storage for the floor slab, there is probably nothing to worry about, but there is a big difference between 400 kg per 600x600 mm and a type 200 kg bathtub at about 1600x700 mm.
Yes, it becomes a lot per sqm, definitely. Nibe F110 (new model instead of 100P) has a storage of 265 liters. I have their F1235 and it has "only" 160 liters but weighs a bit more by itself. Would need something that recycles but doesn't weigh as much 
Currently, F1235 is the main source and also connected to the exhaust air, but tomorrow? it's moved to a standalone storage and then the air doesn't follow. It would feel quite good not to just release heated air, and also there are loooong pipes to the bathroom with a loooong wait for hot water, so it would be a plus to have the water heater adjacent to the bathrooms.
