Hello

I want to renovate the house and I'm questioning whether the circled wall might be load-bearing or not.
The trusses are trusses with webbing or W-trusses.

  • Floor plan showing a circled wall in question for being load-bearing, with labeled rooms including kitchen, bathroom, and garage.
Likely not supportive.

How certain can one be based on the drawing?

The drawing doesn't say anything about the roof structure or if the wall is "load-bearing or not".
The information about truss roof trusses, on the other hand, promises more, as these are generally self-supporting, i.e., supported only on the outer walls.

In a single-story house with W-trusses, typically no interior walls are load-bearing. In this case, the floor plan is a bit complicated with two angular arrangements, so it is not certain that the trusses only rest on the exterior walls. An exterior photo from the garden side showing the roof shape could be informative.

One corner is the garage. In the other corner, there is a glulam beam.
In other words, I can be at ease?
