As you may have seen from my previous posts, I recently bought a renovation project. Currently, I'm meeting different construction companies for quotes on house renovation. No one knows exactly where the beam is located and which wall is load-bearing. So I would like your help in finding a solution.

Who should I contact to find out which wall is load-bearing and what type of beam it is (steel or wood)?

Should it be a structural engineer, architect, or building engineer I contact?

Attached is a picture of the drawing as well as the walls I suspect are load-bearing.

I have had something similar but not as long or deep.
Then it just stuck to the wall, and the rest protruded without a beam.
The result was that it sagged after a number of years.
What was visible with mine was the ceiling that dipped down and had to be straightened when we replaced it.
My house was built in the late '60s.
 
My wild guess is that the beam is located above the living room doors in the last two pictures, most likely an I or H-beam in steel.

What you need is a civil engineer with a structural focus.
