Hello,
I'm planning to install a standing trim against an uneven brick wall, does anyone have tips on how to do it in the best-looking way?
If I place the trim directly against the wall, there will be gaps too big to caulk, so I would like to find a way to template the brick wall and then cut the trim accordingly.

I had installed backing rod and then soft sealant, but that's just me...
If you really want a wooden molding there, you can of course use a profile gauge, something like this:

But it is an enormous amount of work.
If you have a router table, it might be easier, otherwise I don't know how you would shape the molding... dremel? Or hand file, but that's several hours

I would have filled the gap with Biltema's stone adhesive, spackled with One strike filler, and then painted over.J JSjunne said:Hello,
