Level, insulate and install drywall

Hey!

I am planning to stud, insulate, and put up drywall in the cabin. In brief, how would you proceed step by step and what should be considered before this project (tips and suggestions)?

Is it a new interior wall that needs to be built or an existing wall that needs to be studded?

Will there be any doors or windows in the wall?

Is it an uninsulated cabin that you want to insulate?

It is an existing wall that will be framed and there are windows but no exterior door on these walls.

Should the existing wall be reinforced?
If it is a previously uninsulated cabin that you wish to insulate, you need to be clear about it and how the wall is constructed, for example, is there any wind paper?

I just need to have the existing wall reinforced. It's a cabin from the 50s that is insulated, and I'm unsure if there is any wind paper.

It is important to know how the wall is constructed because it affects whether plastic foil or a vapor barrier should be installed, and if so, where it should be mounted.
