Preparing a recreation room in the basement of a vacation home. The floor is intended to be blue Platon mat, S100 30mm foam, underlay paper, and then a standard 14mm thick parquet floor. The recreation room will not have heavy use and no heavy furniture.
Now the question is if it works with S100 foam directly under the parquet? Or is there a risk that the foam will compress in places and become uneven?
