Lay hollow blocks now?

Hi, I am building a small outdoor stable and plan to use hollow bricks to build two partition walls, about 4m long and 120cm high. I would like some advice on which mortar to use, preferably ready-mixed. Byggmax?

I plan to reinforce so it can withstand a strong kick. Is it enough to reinforce every other layer?

And what about the climate, is it safe to do it this weekend? It's about 4C here in Skåneland.

Using c-bruk and reinforcement every other layer sounds good, as long as you don't let the mortar freeze, there is no risk of problems.
