Hello!
I am going to build a so-called "tiny house" and plan to make my own SIPs (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Structural_insulated_panel) using PU insulation and oil-hardened board.
To laminate the board and insulation, I need large quantities of PU glue. The external surface of the tiny house is about 40 sqm, so approximately 80 sqm needs to be completely covered with PU glue. Cascol single-component PU glue is available in packages up to 750 ml and costs around 200 SEK at the cheapest - it would be very expensive to use and practically impossible to apply in a full layer, so instead, a "grid" pattern would be used (resulting in poorer lamination).
I would prefer to buy about 20 kg of two-component PU glue as this is best for lamination. I haven't seen this in any building supply stores. Does anyone know where it can be purchased and what it might cost?
