Joists or parquet/ceiling first?

Will start with my unfinished upper floor. Today it has chipboard and is spaced in the ceiling. This leads to thoughts about installing a ceiling and laying flooring (parquet) before then framing interior walls. The things I consider have both pros and cons.

Floor (parquet) and ceiling first

+ much easier to lay with no cutting, just keep going with the floor and ceiling
+ walls can be moved later a bit more easily

- Must cut all the pre-cut studs
- High risk of the floor warping when it sits between the studs
- becomes very noisy due to the gaps in the ceiling paneling

Frame first

+ everyone does it this way (why?)
+ you can change the flooring in the rooms
+ you can have different flooring in the rooms

- a lot of cutting and slower than the previous method
- you are pretty much stuck with the floor plan

Have I missed any obvious reasons? What do you think?

No, this is how it is. A lot of decisions to make, weighing pros and cons.

But I don't think the floor will warp. And it should be possible to work around the gaps in the ceiling panel. Drevremsa or syllunderlägg between the ceiling and the stud, perhaps.

The pre-cut studs that need to be cut again might not be a problem, it could be an advantage. Few houses have exactly the same distance between the floor and ceiling everywhere. You'll probably need to adjust the studs as you install them anyway.
