45x70. 45x45 is too flimsy.

My entire house is built with 45x35 with råspont on each side and it works excellently. However, I would also choose 45x70 if I were to build new. It does make it sturdier that way.

Yes, that's right, I didn't answer the original question, I too would choose 45x70. I have some 45x45 walls that were there when we bought the place, no issues with sturdiness, but it feels a bit shaky if you happen to bump into them, though only with single board.
