Some friends of ours have just bought a Trivselshus (about 1-2 years old), where there is a large patio on top of the living room on the ground floor. They now feel like installing a jacuzzi/hot tub on this patio. The question is whether the construction will hold - you certainly don't want to suddenly find yourself with the jacuzzi in the living room...
Trivselshus does not want to answer the question or take responsibility and says that our friends need to get an expert to examine the matter. But what kind of "expert" - which profession/company can they contact? The house is located in Sollentuna (Stockholm).
