Has anyone used this and can give a little review? Is it just about opening the packages and spreading it out and laying new flooring sawdust over it? I'm considering laying it in an intermediate joist.

Loose wool Insulation FyllUpp Isover was apparently the correct name.

Yes, it's fine but there is much worse sound insulation than traditional boards.

Ok, that's the main reason to insulate between floors but maybe it will be better soundproofing if we put boards between the 70mm studs we level the floor with.
It will be about 240mm in total.

Yes, weight has a factor in sound insulation; generally, stone wool is better than glass wool for sound..
Why do you want to use loose-fill insulation?

It is an old house that was built before today's regulations with spacing between studs and beams, so if you use boards or rolls, it would require a lot of cutting and create a lot of small pieces; so, properly installed loose-fill insulation at the bottom and boards or mats between the 45x70 studs that the floor is leveled with.
