Basement built with leca blocks without plaster, bitumen 50cm high at the bottom all around, Platon mat against leca down to the lower edge of the concrete slab with an air gap inward, 100mm styrofoam and drainage gravel last.
Mechanical ventilation in the space.
2m below ground and good drainage.
Is this an okay way to construct? The space is intended to function as a boiler room/laundry room, and I do not want mold/moisture risk. Can I plaster the insides even if I don't plaster the outsides?
Thanks,
Johnny
