Are there pre-painted boards for making an indoor railing?
Project:
Building a small indoor railing in a summer house on the second floor to prevent small children from falling in an open area.
The plan is two horizontal "reglar" on which vertical spindles are screwed. I'm looking for something like 15 x 60 mm in dimension for everything, and to buy pre-painted. They must of course be painted all around.
Do they exist?

No, there certainly isn't.
But it's easy to paint yourself.
Screw the boards together and take the construction out into the garden, and you'll paint it in no time.
Or why not leave the railing unpainted?
