Hi! Is there anyone experienced who can easily tell if the wall running through the middle of the house is load-bearing? I personally think it looks too narrow to be one. I mean the one that runs from the left between the kitchen and living room to the right between the closet and bedroom.

  • Floor plan showing a house with a central wall from kitchen, passing the living room, to bedroom. Question about whether this wall is load-bearing.

With truss roofs, typically only the exterior walls are loaded, as seems to be the case in your situation.

If it is true that they are trussed rafters and the attic has not started to be loaded in an unplanned way (storage), then no interior walls should be load-bearing. The thickness of the wall says very little.
