Hello, can one determine solely from this floor plan if the marked wall below is load-bearing?
It's a single-story house with a basement foundation, wood frame (built in 1958).
I don't know what the roof structure is like. 82m2 if that helps.

Floor plan of a single-story house with basement. A wall between the living room and kitchen is highlighted, querying if it's load-bearing. House built in 1958.

Hello and welcome to Byggahus forum!

It's a real estate drawing, and such drawings are notoriously unreliable. It is not certain that it is to scale. Even if we assume that the drawing is somewhat correct, it is not possible to determine if the wall is load-bearing or not without seeing what type of roof trusses the house has. The chance is probably 50/50. Go up to the attic and take a photo. If you haven't bought the house yet, you can ask for a copy of a so-called technical description. In the building committee's archive, there are copies of the original drawings. They are public records that anyone can access.
