I want to highlight post #3 and remind the OP that regardless of whether the wall is load-bearing or not, the OP must have approval from the housing cooperative to demolish the wall!

Thank you for your opinions. Of course, I will ask the BRF for permission to tear it down if it doesn't turn out to be load-bearing. Otherwise, I'll let it stay.

The technical description clearly shows that non-load-bearing walls are made of 7 cm lightweight concrete slabs. It is sufficient to drill a little carefully into the wall with a regular high-speed steel drill bit (not a carbide drill bit). If it is possible to drill, then it is lightweight concrete; otherwise, it is concrete. (=load-bearing).
