Want to install facade lighting at each corner on the front instead of making grooves in the facade (to run the cable) - can one drill through the wooden details towards the roof? Assuming a diameter of about 1.5cm to be able to pull the cable through. Can the load-bearing capacity be affected?

Isn't it a plastered wall ??

Yes, plastered facade - which will get a new surface (fix+plaster)

It will probably be difficult to drill such a long way up to the eaves, the lights shouldn't be positioned so high up but rather a bit down on the wall. The risk is that you go too far in, maybe even end up in the room due to the angle which should be very small.

Trying to explain more clearly, I currently have lighting above the door. As I see it, I can try to phase out (blue line) in two directions and then insert plastic cable + electricity and then plaster over. Alt 2 would be to phase out (green line) only up to the roof eave (is that what it's called..) and then drill through each eave until I reach where the lights should be and then phase out downwards a bit.

I'm not quite sure what you mean about how I enter the room, that I would phase out too deeply?

I don't know what a constructor would say, but I would definitely dare to drill through the roof truss.

Option 2 would be to phase
You are on the right track, it's perfectly fine to mill up to the eaves and nail the cable there, also to drill through the rafters. There is another option, to mill up to the eaves and then nail the cable to the rafter, to the windboard and go behind it to the next lamp. Don't forget that it must be a pipe/hose that is plastered in, not the cable directly in the plaster.
