Hello folks!

Soon it's time to lay the flooring in the new basement.
At first, I thought of laying tiles directly on the uninsulated floor, and for that, I need to sand the floor. Then I thought again (record) and started considering whether I should instead lay internal insulation. This way I would save on floor sanding rental, as I believe a simpler (?) pass with the angle grinder might be sufficient, plus possibly leveling it out with sand.
The reason for the question is that I already have enough black "Platon" at home.

I experienced the black significantly softer than Hornbach's yellow (which certainly corresponds to Isola's blue in height) which is not quite what you are looking for in a floor. If you still use the black, make sure to only use a thin type of geotextile as a layer between layers, not foam or equivalent. Otherwise, it will definitely be too soft to walk on.
