I will frame the walls in the kitchen where cabinets will be installed. I was planning to use 28x70 studs and chipboard. Will it sound hollow if I don't insulate?

B
it can start doing. tips are to isolate.
no 70 insulation needed

I set the rule so that it only builds 28mm

B
then there is less risk. cc300??

Interior walls are normally built with a 70mm stud thickness. 45 should also work fine, but 28mm??? Sounds weak!

B
or you saddle up a wall. with rules lying on the slab or standing. as I understand it. right?? gadeberg

Byggarehenke is absolutely right.
It's not a new interior wall, perhaps I should point out, it's just to make the walls that are already there a bit straighter.

I haven't thought about cc300 or not yet.

Hehe, good :)

It may be added that the walls that are to be straightened are a log wall and the other has double raw wood siding.
