The data in the inspection handbook for houses, do these have support from law and/or established industry standards such as BKR and the like?
I have used it as a guide during my own construction, but some of the work I've outsourced doesn't meet what's specified in it. So the question is if I can rely on this or if I should look up the specific industry requirements.
Excellent control/guidance that relies on the existing regulations. At the beginning, it also states what is inspected against, and here you must also be clear about according to which contract the procurement has taken place.
