Is there a lot of electricity to be installed? Otherwise, I don't quite understand the reason to even make a new interior wall? The walls in the pictures actually look quite straight and might just need a bit of paint on them? But maybe the pictures are misleading?
Then run external cables up towards the ceiling either freely or in a nicer cable channel?
