We may potentially remove moisture-damaged wood flooring and interior walls in the basement and build new interior walls. What materials should be used? Can you use wood studs/drywall if you place something suitable between the wood and the concrete? Or should you use steel studs and moisture-resistant drywall (bathroom drywall, or what)?

What can you estimate as the material cost for the different options for, say, 10m of interior wall with drywall on both sides and 3 doors?

We will use metal tracks + wooden studs in the hall since it's not adjacent to any exterior walls and we haven't had any moisture problems there. In the other rooms, it will be metal tracks + metal studs with spacers (haven't yet figured out what to use as spacers) to allow air to circulate behind so it doesn't become completely sealed. Then, there will be regular gypsum boards on the walls. Where we plan to hang things, like the wall with sliding doors and closet fittings on tracks, there will also be OSB boards.

On the floors, we will use "artificial grass" carpet.

We drained and insulated the exterior two years ago and have since allowed it to dry out properly after we removed the old interior. We will also install two fan coil units in the basement to improve air circulation and make the basement warmer.

There are certainly many different ways to decorate a basement, but this is how we've chosen to do it. It doesn't become terribly expensive, we've estimated about 4500:-/room + OSB boards and floor mat (90:-/sqm)
